Electric vs fuel

Electric vs CNG and diesel

A CNG or diesel auto stops at one tank, about 150 km a day (a 5 kg CNG tank at 30 km per kg). An electric auto goes up to 160 km (FX MAX) or 200 km (E-city Ultra) on one charge, for much less cost. Pick a plan and change the numbers.

Electric cost uses the 10.2 kWh battery: a full charge costs about ₹102 at ₹10 per kWh. Change the price per kWh to match your charger or tariff. Fares are typically about ₹15 to ₹17 per km driven, so use your own average. LPG is not compared because it is not available at all stations.
