Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

The website gives general information about EverDrive's electric three-wheeler (L5M) driver plans: Daily Rent, Drive-to-Own and Salary + Incentive. It is not an offer that binds EverDrive. A plan starts only when you and EverDrive sign a driver agreement. If anything on the website differs from the signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Plans, prices and availability

• Prices, deposits, daily payments, salary and incentive amounts shown on the site are current at the time of publishing and may change without notice. They do not apply to an agreement already signed.
• Vehicle models (FX MAX and E-city Ultra), introductory prices (offered to the first 10 drivers only) and plans are subject to availability.
• Some figures are examples ("typical", "up to", "about"). They are not promises.

4. Eligibility and onboarding

To drive with EverDrive you need to meet our requirements, which include a valid driving licence and the identity, address and background documents we ask for, and any permits needed under applicable Telangana and central motor vehicle rules. We may accept or refuse any application and may ask for more information.

5. Drive-to-Own

• The Drive-to-Own plan runs for 24, 30 or 36 months, as chosen by the driver, under a signed agreement, starting with a deposit as set out in that agreement (shown on the site as ₹5,000). The daily amount depends on the vehicle model and the term chosen.
• Each plan includes 24 pause days a year (2 a month). Days paused are not charged and are made up by driving the same number of days after the term ends, as the agreement provides.
• Ownership (registration certificate, "RC") transfers to the driver only after the full term is completed (including any paused days made up), all dues are paid, and RTO transfer charges (payable at actual) are settled, as the agreement provides.
• Until transfer, the vehicle remains the property of EverDrive or its financier and must not be sold, pledged, sub-let or modified.

6. Driver responsibilities

• Drive lawfully and carefully, follow traffic and passenger-vehicle rules, and keep your licence and documents valid.
• Look after the vehicle and battery, charge it as the plan requires, and report accidents, damage, theft or faults to EverDrive promptly.
• Do not misuse the vehicle, let an unauthorised person drive it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Earnings are not guaranteed

Your earnings depend on your trips, hours, fares, demand, traffic, and how you drive. Examples and calculator results on the website are illustrations only. See the Disclaimer below.

8. Using the website

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or submit false or someone else's details.
• The content, design, artwork, text and the EverDrive name and logo belong to EverDrive Mobility LLP. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.
• Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EverDrive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of income or profit, or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. The website is provided "as is". Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different forum stated in a signed driver agreement.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EverDrive handles your personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What we collect

• When you request a call back: your name, phone number, the plan you are interested in, and what kind of auto you drive now.
• Technical data: basic server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit).
• On your device: the site stores your language choice (English, Telugu or Hindi) in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

2. Why we use it

• To call or message you about your request and explain our driver plans.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

We use your data only for these purposes, and only because you gave us your consent when you sent the form.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website (for example our cloud hosting provider), and with authorities if the law requires it.

4. Where it is stored

Our website and its database are hosted on Google Cloud servers located in the United States. By sending your details you agree that your data is stored and processed there.

5. Third-party content

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google and your IP address is visible to Google. See Google's privacy policy for details.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your call-back details only as long as needed to respond to your request and to onboard you as a driver if you proceed, and for any period the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to stored enquiries is restricted by a secret key. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. You may also make a complaint to us and, if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating. Call the numbers in the Contact section to make a request.

9. Children

This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Disclaimer

Earnings, savings and calculators

• The earnings calculator, the demo and the examples on this website are illustrations, not promises or guarantees of income.
• They rely on assumptions you can change, such as fare income per km (about ₹15 by default), daily auto rent, mileage, fuel price and electricity price. Your own results will differ.
• Fuel prices are taken from third-party sources on the dates shown and change daily. Check your local pump before you decide.
• CNG and diesel mileage varies widely with the vehicle, load, traffic and driving style.

Electric auto performance

Range (up to 160 km on the FX MAX and about 180 km, and up to 200 km, on the E-city Ultra on a full charge), charging time (about 80% in 1.5 hours on the E-city Ultra 10.2 kWh battery) and charging cost depend on the vehicle model, load, road and traffic, battery condition, temperature and the charger used. Figures are typical, not guaranteed.

Images and demo

The vehicle drawings, the day demo, the sample rides and fares, and the Hyderabad skyline artwork are illustrative. The vehicle you receive may look different. Place names, landmarks and Metro station names are used only to describe locations. EverDrive is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Government of Telangana, any government body, or the Hyderabad Metro.

Not advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial or insurance advice. Registration, permits, taxes, RC transfer and insurance are governed by the law and by your signed agreement.

Languages

Telugu and Hindi text is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the English version and the signed agreement prevail.
